We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or profiling tools on our website.

When you send us a CV, you do so voluntarily. Please do not include special-category data (such as health, religion, or political views) unless strictly necessary — if you do, you consent to our processing it for the purpose of your application.
Ekobrain is established in Brazil, and our clients and some candidates are located in the European Union and elsewhere. This means personal data may be transferred between the EU and Brazil. Where we transfer personal data of individuals in the EU/EEA to Brazil, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and we take additional measures to ensure your data remains protected to an equivalent standard. Ekobrain hat seinen Sitz in Brasilien; unsere Kunden und einige Kandidat:innen befinden sich in der Europäischen Union und anderswo. Daher können personenbezogene Daten zwischen der EU und Brasilien übermittelt werden. Soweit wir Daten von Personen in der EU/dem EWR nach Brasilien übermitteln, stützen wir uns auf geeignete Garantien wie die Standardvertragsklauseln (SCC) der Europäischen Kommission und ergreifen zusätzliche Schutzmaßnahmen. A Ekobrain está estabelecida no Brasil, e nossos clientes e parte dos candidatos estão na União Europeia e em outros locais. Assim, dados pessoais podem ser transferidos entre a UE e o Brasil. Quando transferimos dados de pessoas na UE/EEE para o Brasil, utilizamos salvaguardas apropriadas, como as Cláusulas Contratuais-Padrão (SCC) da Comissão Europeia, e adotamos medidas adicionais de proteção.
